Next time do this steps before you accept any friend request.
- check if it's a private profile
- check if the level is not in range of 0-5
- check if he has games (if not profile)
- and the important one is check if the link, linked on my steamgifts acc leads you to the acc who sent you a trade offer or friend request.

and btw getting blocked from steam twice doesnt mean getting blocked on steam. It's called VAC-Ban (Valve Anti Cheat-Ban)

It's a very common tactic for scammers to change their name and picture to match a known trader and add those making offers on their thread. I do not know if that's the case here, but there are ways to safeguard yourself. Most important, always follow the link on the trader's profile on Steamgifts and see that the profile matches the person who added you.
Is there any way you can find the account you've traded with and match it with FrostFox? That would help clear out the situation and prove once and for all which one of you is right.
Well, it is a completely different account than the one from FrostFox1998's profile. That user even has a distinct Steamgifts account where you should have left your feedback.
Unless you have any kind of proof that it's an alternate account of FrostFox1998, you're most likely accusing the wrong person here.
No problem, I've been a victim of similar situations due to impersonators so I know how frustrating it can be for both the person getting scammed and the on getting blamed.
@edubm94 would be happy if you can delete the conversation here (I dont want that people which wants to offer games in here gets shocked.)
