[H] Strike Suit Zero RU/CIS tagged (but without limit for activation/run) [W] 1 TF2 key

I've accidentally bought RU/CIS tagged copy and want to trade it for just 1 tf2 key. According to SteamDB it hasn't any limits for activation or run.
