Please do not provide rep to someone like this. Its quite clear he is a scammer and only trying to bolster his positive rep without having to trade anything of value.
If you take the time to look at his steamrep , profile and rep page on this site as well. You would clearly see this.
Alright dude,just to let you know it's not right to blame someone or call him scammer since you don't know him,and just because i am steam rep banned,it's doesn't make automatically scammer for everyone lol.

You are right it isn't the first time someone called you a scammer, there are other 9 negative reps on your profile as well. It's weird coincidence that 10 people gave you negative reps with solid proof and SR admin banned you (for no reason right ? very weird. Someone ban SR already please).
Also giving away coupons for free or reps (since people somehow don't care about giving free reps as long as they get something in return) shows no legitimacy in you, Unless it's a coupon for very popular game in that case it might hold some value. (Still there is a steam group called Coupon Dumpster which gives away all coupons available for free)
