Because I am foolish and I was scamed here is how he is doing that. He will sent you code with game (region blocked) and you will get just information that you are not able to add game. But key is working, you see that. Unfortunately you don't see what game is it. After it he will relog on second account where he will activate / keep your games and come back on account Phai5nake and here he will grant you that he is working on change code for your region. Only advice trade only gifts for gifts. Forget on codes.
Another important think, he will inform you that his profile is not public, because he just disable steam guard. For same reason he will say that he is not able to use steam trade directly and ask you to send gift via steam. He will give you the code at same time so everything looks ok.

This person is impersonating me and apparently tried to scam a few people. PLEASE always verify that it's really me before trading with them. One way I use to verify the owner of the steamtrades profile is by linking "View Steam Profile" link at the top of the steamtrades profile page. It should send me to their steam profile, it should say that the person is already added to friends and it is really the person I'm trading.
