I don't see how anyone would do this without you adding in something to make it worthwhile. The Steam version is more valuable trading wise than the uPlay. As Kamba offers, if you'd accept keys Id be interested in negotiating depending on price and if you dont deal with him, but you're going to find it tough finding a partner straight up.

BTW, you still need to use uPlay even with the Steam version.
