I don't have access to the market. That's why I'm asking for a steam wallet code. So I can add funds to my account, buy something cheap and then use the steam market.

I don't think a $5 Steam Wallet Code is possible. I know at least here (Im in the US), you can only get them in $20 or $50.

With the new currencies on Steam, its going to be even tougher. I know of a site based in the Phillippines that you could request lesser amounts, but their currency is on Steam now so that service is no longer available.

I'm 99.99999% positive you cannot get a $5 steam wallet code. Your best bet is to add $5.00 worth of funds yourself. If you can't do that I think your boned.
