I would suggest asking for equal TRADE value. Otherwise, you'll continue to get offers like the above one, where they offer you something currently worth about 50 cents for your game, which is currently worth between $10-$12.

Because you are new and have no rep, people will definitely try to take advantage of you. So...check sites like G2A and see what your game is going for and what the games being offered in trade are going for, would be my suggestion.
