Wow that's pretty ignorant of you, you ask for paypal, someone offers a fair price (and he does have +rep if you notice, and its only a week old). Pretty obviously, he doesn't want to give you the money first since if you just screw off with the key and the money theres nothing he can really do to prove to Paypal that he paid for an item he didn't get. This isn't ebay, there's no buyer protection. You just screwed yourself out of a fair trade lol.
