I'm so sorry for what happened. It looks like my account has been hijacked. I never thought that this would be so easy.
Earlier, a "friend" from my Steam friends list sent me a link and persuaded me to register there and vote for him or his team. Ultimately, I registered there via Steam authentication (according to Firefox, a secure connection and the certificate is also correct) and voted for his desired team. I sent him a screenshot of this via the Steam chat.
About half an hour later he wrote to me that his account had been hacked and that he had sent these messages to 200 friends in a matter of seconds. Shortly afterwards I was blocked.

Another half an hour later I got a shock because my whole friend list was blocked. I was on the computer the whole time and didn't notice anything about it (no chat window opened, no message came in or anything like that).

Then I immediately changed my password via Steam (I was still logged in normally, as if nothing had happened). I had to confirm everything via the Steam App (Steam Authentificator). So far everything had worked out.
I am not sure now whether that is enough or whether I can / have to do something so that my account is safe again?

I'm so sorry for all of this and it struck me deeply how quickly you can become a victim of something like this. I am still deeply shocked and have lost a lot of "friends" on Steam as a result of this incident.

It is a huge burden on me that many of my friends now think I am a spammer, but I would never think of that - I am a very sincere person.

Fortunately, my credit is still in the account and nothing has been done to the inventory.

Do you know if I can somehow report to Steam that I can wash my name back in or that they won't block my account?

I just can't understand how this could even happen. Actually, I thought you were safe about the 2FA of the app.

Why did you change your rating back to negative? I was hoping that you would understand my situation and understand what happened after you changed your rating back to positive. It is very unfair and hurtful to denounce me as a hacker. :(
I definitely never wanted anything bad to anyone. Here I have described everything exactly:

Heya there! I know this isn't related to me but there has been an old scam that's been happening for months now. I can't say for sure if Jon is lying or telling the truth, but it is possible that an unknown hacker had done so.

Unfortunately, that is exactly the problem to get back to this user. As I wrote, unfortunately this happened:

"I also wrote everything down for Steam Support to explain the incident to them in detail. I am sure or hope that they can understand what exactly happened in the background.
I also asked them if they can restore the chat history with the user from my friends list who originally sent me the link that I should vote for, and sadly also did.
His name was something in the Swordbrother direction and he had a Warhammer avatar. Unfortunately, he had taken me off his friends list and blocked me. It looks like he was just a victim himself. All chat windows / tabs were closed because the bot (or whatever it was) blocked everyone from my list."

I've already received an initial response from Steam Support. Unfortunately, they obviously haven't really read my very, very detailed email at all or have not really gone into it in detail. They just wrote to me briefly in two sentences that they saw that last night "my account was accessed from a suspicious location" and that they saw that then I changed my password shortly afterwards.

But I wrote back to Steam Support directly whether they could restore the chat history with this user and name the user (they did not respond to this in their first answer). I hope Steam Support will help me out here.

Ok, in that case, why you have 800 games and you doesn't have at last 0.1 hours of gameplay (never see that) : https://steamcommunity.com/id/Duke2k20/games/?tab=all

I don't know why it is displayed this way. To be honest, I've never thought about this before.

In general, however, I collect a lot of games. Here on ST, for example, I have already bought very, very many games with volume discounts from traders (paid with PayPal, TF2 Keys or Gems) or exchanged them for other games that I had left over from bundles or GA. But I also play games - most of the games I really only have to collect.

I don't know what is Your problem exactly, but Jon is not a hacker. Someone really hacked his account yesterday, since I got that "vote on my team" message too, but it was obvious for me immediately that the person I'm talking with is definitely not Jon. There were several obvious signs for me that something is happened to his account, and yes, later it turned out I was right. It's quite hard to understand what is the point of giving negative rep for a reason You are not sure.. Because what You say, is just a theory that he is a hacker. Simply no exact proof, only a weird message from his account, which is yes, a scam. Yes, You got that message like several people got it too, just like me, but for me, it was obious its not him, its someone else. Maybe You should think about it, because giving negative reps just for something You are not sure, and also calling people to report him, maybe not the best solution to help the community. Everyone can make mistakes, Jon made a mistake when he was confiding and not watchful enough. This can happen to everyone easily unfortunately...
I just wrote my opinion, observation, but since we dont know each other, I dont want to bother or offense You.

Jon is obviously not a hacker or spammer, he got hacked via a malicious website. Which was resolved pretty quickly - I have traded with him in the past. Please reconsider.

Unfortunately, I have had connection problems with the Steam client over the last few weeks (sometimes it loads for ages and sometimes it shows a connection problem with the advice to try again later). This has been the case for me since the major maintenance work shortly after New Year's Eve (I've heard that many others suffering the same problems since that maintenance work).

Regarding 1: Unfortunately, I really don't know what's going on with this user and why he hates me so much. You can check the chat history with him here (the screenshots in my answer):
https://www.steamtrades.com/go/review/fVGGP

Regarding 2: there were 2 users who wanted to fool me, whom I reported to Steam and have not heard from them since. I read about the second in a Steam group that he wanted to fool them too. :(

Regarding : He think at 100 % that you are a scammer/hacker

I think that a friend of a friend of a friend of him you have hacked him, remove - rep (but keep you blocked you and another guy for security)

And one last think that i don't understand, why using some much nickname : (In steam.trade) = JonConnor / (In steam) : trader barter (https://imgur.com/r6J4VFX) and now Duke (https://steamcommunity.com/id/Duke2k20/)

Oh, thats not a reason.. I have several friends on Steam who have different names on SteamTrades... dont ask me why are they doing that, but none of them are hackers..

You have chosen the right thing / the truth. Thanks for that.

So my account name on Steam has always been Duke (you can see in the Steam name history that there has never been another name). When I signed up on SteamTrades at the time, I had to choose a nickname, since I had watched Terminator before, I was in the mood to use that name (yes, I know it should be really John). At Barter I logged in (after SteamTrades - here I became aware of Barter) directly with the Steam login and my Steam name was adopted. So as I said, none of these names have ever been changed.

It looks like this user changed my nickname - apparently he did that through his Steam client, if something like that works. Or edited his screenshot. It's getting stranger and weird with this user - I just hope there's nothing more to it than that :(

In any case, you can ask anyone who has traded with me - I've always only got the name Duke on Steam (and here at ST it's JonConnor).

Thank you for pointing out to this login page - I didn't know it yet (and unfortunately Steam Support hadn't mentioned it either). I just ran down my spine at the sight of it - there was a login from "Khimki Moskva" yesterday evening :(

Do you know what OS Type means, I mean the numbers there?
