I bought a $50 Steam Wallet Card a few days back, but now I can't use it. I had to re-install windows on my computer, which caused Steam to think that I was logging in a from a new device. So, now that I have a 7 Day trade/market cool-down, I could use the money. I am looking for $40 verified Paypal, but open to offers. Obviously, I will be giving the code first, so I only want to deal with trusted members. I have the receipt from the transaction, and can provide screenshots if needed. I just want want to feel comfortable, and for this trade to go smoothly. I know this is a bit out of the ordinary (or so I think..?), but I really could use the money.
