Its an open beta.... available to anyone and everyone
Closed beta's sure. But its open....
Am I missing something? If so I am sorry. But I read up on the Open saw nothing to justify it having value/worth.

There are two stages to the open beta. The first is only open to those who pre-ordered the game (+1 friend) and runs from May 3-4th. The second stage of the open beta runs from May 5-9th and is open to everyone. This is one of the "+1 friend" keys to access the first stage of the beta.
