The only rule is this: If it is a steam or Uplay key, I will activate it first to confirm it is valid and then offer the gifts.
I do not mind witnesses or anything, as long as it all works.
As a sidenote, NO, I do not have tf2/dota2 keys, no paypal. This is what I am offering, ALL of them for AC4: Black Flag, all of them are steam tradeable gifts.
