Ouch. For a game that's often $2.50 (80 cards at most), I think I'm gonna have to pass.
Giving the current time most cards aren't worth more then 3 cents. An a stack of gems is only about .25 cents for the last month are so. I think the price is fair.
Basic math puts even 300 cards of $0.03 each at $9.00. That's almost 4x what the game tends to be valued at. It's objectively not fair. You're allowed to make your own price by all means, but no, it's not fair.

We're talking about $0.01 after fees cards? When you said $0.03 I figured you meant $0.05 pre-fees since that's by far the most commonly traded value. $0.03 cards are quite rare. Even my lowest cards are $0.04 before fees.
