I must admit that the rule is described imprecisely but there are no exceptions.
Even EA's TOS doesn't allow account trading: "Unless expressly authorized by EA, you may not sell, buy, trade or otherwise transfer your Account or any personal access to EA Services, Content or Entitlements, including by use of auction websites."
And guess what? Ubisoft doesn't too: "In addition to the limitations set forth above, you will violate the Terms of Use if you in Ubi's sole discretion (or others using your Account) do any of the following: Share your account password with anyone and/or sell or otherwise transfer your account to anyone."
I'm somewhat impressed that you put so much effort to prove your point. Also, you're probably one of the very few people who actually read all the ToS, Terms and Conditions or whatever they throw at the users. It's unclear for me, and I think for some lawyers too, if these documents are 100% legal, because they're in a way contrary to some general law of countries or EU.
If you reported this thread, then I'll just wait with patience for some response like closing it by the mods.
I have some spare Steam keys:
KB: The Legend, Cave Story+, Indie Game: The Movie, Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War
I also have Origin accounts with Alice: Madness Returns and Mass Effect 3 and an Uplay account with Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
Would like to trade for HIB1 or something from my wishlist.
But feel free to make an offer!
