Hi, that is strange. Do you know why that is? I am curious. I don't remember seeing that before. Anyway, you should still be able to send it as a gift though (which does not use the trading interface) if you'd be willing to do that?
I actually just had a guy I've traded with before do exactly that last night because he turned Steam Guard off/on and it seems it won't let you trade for about 2 weeks following that (security feature I assume).
