This is probably compromised account/stolen and is used to scam people around steamtrades and who knows what other trading sites.
This guy bought 30keys from me earlier. Sadly, 2 hours ago his account does not have any negative rep in it when i sold him keys.
The account is level 41 in steam and has 400+ games in it who would think this account turns out to be scammer.
After i check back he's profile there are already negative rep indicating that he scammed more people before me.
HEADS up to everyone, he might pm you soon to buy some items/games/worth a lot.
He also usis different paypal accounts to pay, most probably a stolen paypal account too.
