I have Verified PayPal account, but I don't know, can I receive money on it.
So I need some help to test this.

I offer you 1 TF2 key for your 50c ($ or €) PayPal, if you can waste some of your time and help me.

hey there :) sending money is pretty easy :) you just gimme your e-mail and then I send you money :) One thing you should have in mind is that there is a fee for sending money :) and I can choose whether you cover that fee or I do :) For example last night I did a trade and the dude sent me 3.50 $ and he chose that the money sending fee should be covered by me and so they took 46 cents of these 3.50 :) i'll add u in steam :)
