Just two scammers so far. Hopefully someone legit wants to trade.
Ideally someone with a giftable copy of the game rather then the cd key. My Borderlands is giftable so the fact that this is my first trade (and therefore 0 rep) shouldn't be an issue. Unless your like the last two people who added me demanding I send them the copy then they will send me a steam key.
You sure they were scammers? I mean, I would ask you to send first as well if I were in their shoes with a key. Of course if they had no rep or were obviously scammers or something like that then that's different.
The first was for sure. He had multiple accounts with the same username, one with an okay steamrep and one with a very very negative steamrep. He posted a link to his okay steamrep in his profile, hoping people wouldn't actually use the URL.
The second could have been okay, but after we couldn't agree on who to go first I said hold on while I check steamrep and he then blocked and unfriended me. So either he was sensitive or a scammer. Either way, would be a lot easier if he had a giftable version.
