Keys prices outside of market vary around 1.45-1.60 euro, which is around 29-32 random cards (each worth 0,05 euro), so yes, this is reasonable amount.
I sell cards myself for 32 cards each and I throw in one full card set as a bonus to each key.

But I am sorry to say I don't sell keys anymore. Which is a shame, cause this guy has ridiculous prices. 1 ref is approximately worth around 4 cards. Wanting 9 cards per ref is just greedy.
But anyway, please let me know if you find someone with reasonable prices, as I'm looking for someone myself. If however you have complete sets, I'm still interested in buying. I can offer 2-3 refs per complete set, or a key for 4 sets.
