Send in a support ticket at Steamgifts and explain the situation and ask politely if they can remove the fake negative reps. Do keep in mind that due to receiving lots of tickets they wont respond to you very fast.

How i can remove fake rep from my profile ,because I have given to a scammer -rep.Then he from two accounts sent me fake feedback.
