Sure, non-steam versions (as sold via GMG, uplay and GOG. On steam, it was never that cheap for a ROW version. Cost me about 15usd anyway. All of those games have been or are cheaper on steam.
It was a steam key on both GMG and Amazon. Even on the steam store you were able to get it for 5$.

You're wrong. There are no 'keys' for WIC that you can redeem on steam. The only versions are DRM-FREE or UPLAY. Any key you buy will be a UPLAY key, or a retail copy which use their own key set. I have the collectors box with a piece of the Berlin Wall inside so I know what I'm talking about lol. You don't even need a key to install the game. Key is only requested when entering multiplayer/custom match and can be dismissed by clicking cancel allowing full functioning LAN and custom games. Only need the key for online play which is now defunct anyway. Steam versions only exist in gift form, and always have. You can find one on G2A (although it is listed as a 'steam cd-key', it is actually a gift). Only about 120 Euros. Honestly, don't bother chasing steam copies unless you're a collector or really into WIC.

I doubt that anyone would be willing to pay that price on g2a. It's only one seller which is why they can put it on g2a at any price. So, that's of limited significance.

Well, considering there is an abundance of Dirt 2 keys available, and GRAW 1 & 2 are very scarce and worth about approximately 3.4x the value (each) of Dirt 2, I think my original answer spoke for itself.
