Yeah, I know.

Ara has only been out a few weeks. It will have plenty of sales soon enough. Firewatch rarely goes on sale and is pretty high demand. ITAD is a good site, but trading based only on ITAD doesnt really make much sense. Check out g2a or something of that nature and you'll see Firewatch has higher market value.
