I won these keys on a stream from alienware . Was told it was that the valve complete pack was friends and family code so if valve ever release a new game you get them for free.

I have proof of the guy saying that its a friends and family code and that i won

Just was in a official alienware stream and he said they were friends and family codes. I know blizzard had those types of keys just never knew steam did it too.
