You already own the game. It's a copy that can only be gifted and activates once you accept. I can't gift it to someone in Romania either and I am not super comfortable for someone who only just registered using PayPal either.

I wouldn't. I'd recommend just trying to sell it and to buy Witcher 3 on sale. I don't want to spend $25 just for XCOM 2. I looked at your list, but there's nothing else I want. I'm mostly trying to trade for some of the smaller bundled games I missed (at the top) and Crawl or Apotheon which aren't as cheap to add in game trades for now.
I just have no reason to spend so much for one game right now.

I looked, but not much I really want to trade it for. I don't really know what gives high CV but check any monthly bundle for titles that are $40 to 50 retail and you are on your way. You'd have to trade for some while people still have them (except One Piece games since people don't like them much)

It will definitely be cheaper for you to trade your games for cs:go keys and market them yourself so you can buy Witcher 3 on sale next time. I think you only need 11 keys for a $25 sale.
And you know.. you can probably trade at least 6 - 8 for the games you offered alone, but to me it is not worth it.

You can but the key is more expensive than the game. I am not sure if I still have it either and I will not being able to check until I am home. I would just recommend gems.

It's from the US, so it might. I just know it worked for someone in Europe, though. I think it's only locked if you buy it in SA, RU/CIS, Africa or one SEA regions.

the trade seems like it balances out. I'm just thinking if I want to trade away HLD or not for the moment. I don't want any other games in your list. a lot of my prices aren't accurate anyway because plenty of reasons and it's too much effort to constantly attempt to try.
