Russian price is about $4 USD, Ukrainian price is about $3.25 USD, everywhere else is $5 USD or higher. I bought this from the US store for $5 and I'm willing to trade it for $5. You might find a Russian wanting rep/friendly trader or someone from Ukraine/Ukraine VPN who will do it for a slight profit, but if you are interested in $5, let me know and I can do this.
