"No thanks" usually means that I think your offer is fair though I'm not interested. "No. Sorry." usually means that your offer is unfair or that I'm not interested in the game or in negotiating for it. A flat "no" probably means that your offer was simply insulting. No reply might mean that you've offered me bundled games or a price different from what's listed, or just that the offer is too absurd to warrant a response.
