Nah I don't worry about declining the offers, I have no issue doing that. The bad feelings come from preventing you from getting a game you/someone obviously wants to play! As a Canadian, I'm required to apologize ;) Hahaha!

This is a pretty badass offer; I live in Canada, so buying things on Amazon (.COM) digitally is a pain in the ass.
The problem though, as to why I must decline, is that Amazon rarely can beat the prices of Steam in Russia/Ukraine. So I can always get the same game that much more cheaper trading with Keys than from Amazon.

GTA4 complete would be 5 dollars cheaper and L.A. Noire would be a dollar cheaper :D
But you see, that's exactly why I cannot accept the offer. Currently GTA IV is $15 on Amazon, and yes, that's $5 cheaper than current Russian prices. But it's been $7.50 on Steam (which in turn would have made it $4.75 for Russians).
I'm not willing to trade Starbound for a $4.75 game.
As I've said, thank you for the offer - believe me, it is appealing since buying things digitally from the US Amazon is a pain in the arce. However, their deals are never as good.
I can see your logic, but when was the last sale for GTA 4 complete? Almost Every game has been on sale, and If it has been recent then I apologize, but if not then it's value has raised from 4.75.
