The website that he gave you is what's known as a phishing site. Instead of csgo-lounge.com, it's a typo of csgo-loungS.com, which is a website he controls. That website will ask you for your Steam's user and password by pretending to be Steam. If you're not careful, you may think it's the real Steam website and punch in your username and password which will go straight to him... and he will make use of that to get into your acct, clean up your inventory, use up your wallet and try to purchase gifts with your linked payment schemes too.
