I have...

I had recently sold a huge load of CS;GO keys to a guy. Now he has filed a case for reversal of PayPal (family and friends). I'm really panicked and I don't know what to do. This has happened first time. Can someone tell me what to do now? PayPal is asking me to respond and fight against the reversal. Will sending screenshots of chat and inventory help me?

Thanks. Please Bump this, I need help immediately.

He sent the money as gift for family and friends?

Sadly I don't have any idea about PayPal. I have trusted friend online who does all the PayPal transactions. But he had sent them as Family and friends (I believed payments with family friends can't be revoked). Is gift and family friends different? Is there another option under family and friends?

Yes, but I thought he was legit (the way he was ). And he himself got scammed yesterday. I myself helped him how to report and try to get his money back but today morning he backstabbed me with same trick :(

Yes,paypal will ask for a proof that you sent the keys as a real item to his address, that you don t have.

You traded with a guy named Cyka Blyat with level 5 and 2 games man...

Ah...I get it.....but maybe chats could help? I mean, the pattern in which I've sent the money? They might show that Andrew and cryptah are same person.

What if I tell PayPal some other reason? Which doesn't include virtual items? Is there any reason I can tell?

Let me explain this to you

1.Sell a game key on Ebay, you send the key wrote on a paper and stocked in a box to the buyer address ,but also send the key to his email/gmai/whatever= PROTECTED
2..Sell a game key on Ebay, you send the key to his email/gmail/whatever = NOT PROTECTED
because you can t provide a proof from the courier.(FedEx) for example.
