All the gifts are ROW and from the old steam gifting system and as such I want you to overpay.
I don't want to get into the whole price/key calculation stuff; it's a lot of headache I don't want to deal with. So let's say the game's retail price (not considering sales) in keys as a starting point for offers.
E.g., a $5 game is 2keys, a $10 game is 4keys and so forth.
That said I might make exceptions here and there if it's needed.
As for games which are no longer available such as Beasts of Prey, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, Evolve, Sleeping dogs (the original release), Tales from the borderlands, The Walking Dead, and a few more, I'd rather keep them, however should you have an enticing enough offer I might part with them. This includes some bundles which are no longer available as well.
