Doesn't change the fact it was $7.49 once. People sell the games by their daily/weekly/holiday sale prices even after the sale deal is over. For example, Killing Floor is $14.99 right now; but it was on sale for only $2.99, and people sell & buy for that price (like 2 TF2 keys). Thanks for the free bump anyway.
People buy games to trade to make a profit. Of course buyers ask for the sale price but the sellers dont sell them at the sale price. What would be the point ? Killing Floor is cheap because it was part of the Bemine2 indie bundle and that most people now own it. Its the same with anything if you flood the market with something the price goes down.
Actually I think the OP's offer is pretty fair. I got Gotham City Imposters few days after the sale in a trade and it is also not available in my region.

It was a combo. My CS:GO for Binary Domain + Gotham City Impostors then I gave Binary Domain + Amnesia for another CS:GO and traded it for Risen 2. That was on March 31st
lol that answers everything i was saying then. It was CS:go on March 31st which was worth quite a bit back then. You cannot seriously compare that to offering $10 for Gotham City Imposters ;0
Trade value is actually different than what you think. Most Gotham City Imposters that are floating around were from Russian Steam store which had it for 5$ during sale.
The game is 15$ without sales, how much do you expect anybody would pay for it in trades ? 10$ is perfectly fine

Buying Gotham City Impostors for cash via Paypal. Unfortunately the game is not available in my region; so i'm looking for a tradable gift copy of it. The game was on sale for $7.49 / £5.99; so i'm willing to give $10 or buy a game around that price.
