I got my Mw3 code from cdkeyhouse and it could be only activated in Russia, so far no troubles :)
btw. not only me got there cd-key :) hundreads of ppls and nobody complained.
Yes there are lots of people buying CD Keys from Russia. But I see some people around the internet who got banned from Steam for using a VPN, so I don't want to do it. :)
