PermalinkTF2 keys are usually used for trading is why, as for items, you may be best to sell them on the steam market and get keys with them. not many trades normally go ahead for items in game on here

PermalinkWell 6 or 7 keys is a little low at the going market rate that is nearly 17$ for items worth around 56$ have a look.
