anyway if you are new to trading... thats sad you got scammed but always check if people have enough of rep here ask for links and check if they are for sure this person...
Anyway it would be nice if you can report him to steam make some picture of your cd key also link his steamrep profile "maybe" steam will do something ;3 or at least demand deleting his max payne 3 cause you got the cd key maybe proof of purchase
