I'm afraid I'm going to have to respectfully disagree and decline. Supply and demand affect prices too. Witcher 3 is a newer game with a larger player base ; so it's worth more and its price is only going to continue to increase with time. Sadly, same can't be said for OPPW3. You can see for yourself here & here.

I wasn't looking at the future potential of the game (never heard of a digital video game going up in value unless it was pulled from the store). I was going to get Witcher 3 to play for myself, not trade later down the line.
Also, OPPW3 was released 28 Aug, 2015, but Witcher 3 was released 8 May, 2015.
But no worries though if you don't agree.
