I could, but it wouldn't make sense for you. Add the gift card to your account and use the balance the buy keys on the Steam Market. I wouldn't sell for cheaper than that.

Hi :) If I am buying, the fees will be your receiving fees for international (goods & services) payments, which vary from country to country. You can check that on PayPal's page as accessed from your country, by clicking on "Fees" on the bottom, or something similar.

For example, for me, to receive a payment it's 6.4% + 0.30 USD. If you're in Venezuela, it might be a similar rate. If I were paying for 2 CSGO keys, I'd send a 3.20 USD payment. On your end, PayPal fees would get discounted (assuming the rate above: 0.064 * 3.20 = 0.20 USD). You'd receive 3.20 - 0.20 - 0.30 = 2.70 USD. (So, find your fee rate, and adjust these numbers to get the actual amount.)
