After being scammed so many times I'm more careful about who I sell to. You will always go first and even then I won't deal with most people. Sorry but you can blame the scammers for that.

The fees vary. I noticed you reside in Israel. There is no option to send as "Friends and Family" if you live there. So the fees are higher. I'm not sure exactly but it's something like $0.30 + 4% per transaction.
