I think you'd need to offer more than just $15 (Steam Wallet) if you want someone to take the deal. Just advice. There's no real deal for someone to spend their $15.
(since people who can split and sell these can get more than $15 already and earn much more than $15 to use on the Steam store. Just a hard reality.

PermalinkIsn't really worth it. Transferring funds from Steam Wallet to PayPal through trades is risky and often a lot lower than 1:1, so going in the opposite direction, you're going to need to offer more than $17 total value. Just my advice, though. Feel free to trade as you wish, and hey, you might just get lucky!
