No problem, though you should know the game costs approximately 8.88 keys to purchase for a Russian trader. (The location in which it is cheapest) the game has also sadly never been on any sales.

So I bid you good luck in finding any legitimate offers that are less than 9 keys.

There was a price bug on cdkeys, where naruto was costing around 3.5$. Of course, it was a key, not a gift.
