You already made it difficult by posting just a JOKE, but look at all the lists you have to look through

Heh, well my only point was the lists everyone decided to paste for you to have to look through. As long as you're okay with trading something more for less, no one can complain. I would ask for more if you're just getting DOTT unless you already traded.
You don't have to be hardcore to get a decent trade. If you care about rough or inflated value, you can just google g2a + game name and make a guess on what something is worth, but it can eat into time if you have to look up several games and so on and so on.
Or you can ask what the person you're trading with if they think you're asking for too little or too much. Good luck in any case!
I usually just buy my games but with Humble Monthly I've found myself with many I already own. It's not that hard though, I owned the vast majority of offers already so I just skim through looking for the few I don't and then sorting them.
Day of the Tentacle Remastered, for instance, took me only a few seconds to find. I'm not a hardcore trader and I'm fine with losing value in trade so long as I get something out of what, to me, is essentially nothing.
