How it works:
Now when we trade, I will give you 4pack, for a collateral. After that you select 'Add game to my Steam Library' hence activating a copy right then and there. That would get 1 Starbound in your library, and 3 copies in your inventory. Return those 3 copies to me and I will give you your collateral.
NOTE: You cannot activate a 4pack if you own a Starbound in steam library.
