Are you in the process of trying to contact steam support right now? The person who notified me of the RU tag, he contacted steam support and is awaiting their response. Yes they are a bit slow, but hopefully it can still help. There are power in numbers, and if enough contact them, they will be sure to respond back in some way. We still have 2weeks until the games release.
