Technically, none of those games trades for more than 2 or 3 keys except RL, which generally goes for 4-5 keys. Basically, Prison Arch + Payday 2 would be a fair trade for Rocket League pretty much anywhere on ST or barter.vg
However, the OP also has some unusually high pricing on some of his/her other stuff.
All in all, it doesn't really feel like either of you are really in it to provide a fair trading experience for the other.
1st of all, everyone sets the prices they want. no one have the divine words! people asked for Prison Architect for 4 keys and i refused!
2nd point, people use isthereanydeal site, and mostly G2A to set their prices, and if we look close at how the prices goes, Rocket league is way under Payday2 cost, and still it's a removed game, so i'm stucking on it right now cause the price will go ever higher.
