The reason I said no originally is because you were asking for payday 2 which I dont have anymore. If you want payday 1 I can do that for your steam wallet of the same value but not paypal
Use your paypal to refill your steam wallet and trade me the value.
Also, your scam attempt wont work on me hence I am not offering you the option to paypal
I wouldn't trade via paypal, someone scammed me $52 yesterday. And since I don't have a credit card hooked to my PayPal I can't add steam funds
