The problem always will be the same. We buy the same bundles. I already know without even looking.
You have 47 cards in your inventory, but by and large, they have a 4-5 cents sale price, which means 2-3 cent actual net. Which is good for Fingered if you would like to make that trade.
The total resale value on your all your cards (except for Attrition, Base Squad 49, and It's Your Last Chance which dont have prices due to being removed games) is about $1.49. That would put you right there for Fingered (since cards are more difficult to sell and the ones with higher value will drop most likely). So, basically all your cards aside from the cards from removed games. If you wanted to add all the removed game cards, then that would would be fine for Paper Boat instead. Unless you have other stuff I'm not seeing, it would be one or the other.

Cards you would have to overpay off the Key price I have listed. Resell value of $2.50 would work, which at an average pre-sell value of 7 cents would be about 50 cards. Give or take depending on the actual value of the cards.
Steam Wallet would be my last option as it forces my hand a bit as to how I would use it. Probably $3+Steam fees.

I think with the TF2 key, 7 ref would fill it out to bring it up to a CSGO key with like a penny to spare, lol. Failing that, the TF2 key, 2 ref (which is about 14 cents) and another 60 cents sale value in cards.

With the exception of games like DI Epidemic, removed games are always still redeemable, and honestly DI Epidemic is redeemable I believe (just not playable). Anyway, all the games in this package are still active (last I checked anyway, which was a couple months ago). The package itself simply is no longer being sold on Steam from what I can tell.
Anyway, safe bet I own all the games on your list. Just make an offer that you think is fair and I will either accept or counter. Since the package is removed, I place a higher value on it. However, I have 3 of them, so I won't be asking for collectors pricing (until I get down to one copy anyway).

It'a an account. I don't understand why all people don't want it. I buy at every couple weeks game from many site with raffle and I win this game and I not use Origin, just Steam. I make that account just for activate the game, I never played it. As you wish..
One reason is that you could claim your account was hijacked later on and reclaim it. I'm not saying you would, but that is the reason almost nobody would ever buy an account, even if it was something allowed by Steam or Origin or whoever anyway.

Personally, I've tracked the DLC for a while now. It was a pleasant surprise when it showed up in that bundle. Previously, it had never dropped under like $7.49 or somesuch that I saw. Still debating whether I should just activate it and start up a new campaign or not.
