it looks like your new here. if your going to trade for things with in steam items be sure to install steam guard on a phone/tablet. It take steam guard being install for 7 day before you can trade with out holds. SO even when that key is tradeable if you have no steam guard it will put a hold on your trade. NO one likes this. so why your waiting you might as well get steam guard going if you have not.
Hey I currently don't have a key but if you wouldn't mind waiting until another user I know comes online I could trade you a key for it. It would be latest tomorrow morning but he should be back on tonight in couple of hours. If you are cool with holding onto it send me an invite on Steam.
How do you know or check if it locked or not ? and how you know which region available ?
