Selling accounts is strictly forbidden cause the seller always returns the account, hence you are braking 2 rules- random negative rep and selling accounts. And offering a 15 trading cards worth 3 cents each for a Shadow of War which goes for 12 Euro on sale is most certainly a scam or you are a kid and haven't interfered with money before.

Since fallout 4 was my least desired game of my list I just wanted to check, is there any way of expanding what you want me to give so that you could justify trading me oxygen not included, it enter the dungeon?
I actually already have fallout 4 on PS4, so it's not a big priority for me.
There was no other offer that I could make. Based on your prices, you can only trade (example) Dead Cells which costs me 17$ for Party Hard 2 which goes for 4$ or Turing test which goes for 2$ because they've been bundled (those are prices I can get those games on steamtrades).
Comparing store value works when trading bundle games for bundle games. I go out of my way to buy non-bundle games (like all 7 games you want) unlike bundle leftovers which I get as extra. This is why I trade for profit, because I go out of my way to purchase something. It's not worth it for me to do it at a loss or for free. If I want a bundle game, I can buy it for 2$ instead of 17$. I try to keep my profit at an acceptable amount (e.g I trade my 17$ game for 20$ worth of games). With all that said and ignoring your prices I can offer:
-Prey (base game only) for Grim Dawn
-5 TF2 keys which you can sell on the steam store and buy Moonlighter because the current best price you can get it is 10$ on the US steam store (mine is 10 euro which is more) for hearts of iron IV: Cadet Edition
-FrostPunk OR Enter The Gungeon (which hasn't been on sale from a long time and I can only buy it for a price very close to the store one) for Conan Exiles+Graveyard Keeper
