Id love to get some DLCs from cheaper region, but not as a gift. I want you to buy it for yourself (or on your alt acc, whatever) and send me code (like a CD key) as getting this DLC gets you only a code to redeem online outside of steam (That way i wouldn't need to play with any VPNs).
