I'd do Civ IV, Really Big Bundle and ND for my Precipice Launch. I see that you value the Desura key quite a bit so, if this isn't ok, then thanks for your interest and good luck. :)
I'd consider trading just for one of the three, since even though Civ IV and ND have been discounted heavily (and people have gotten ND for free from the developer), neither have been as low as $5. The fact that it's a launch bundle doesn't mean much to me, you could keep the bonus game it comes with if you want. If you want to talk, add me on steam, I'll be online later.
