As above.
Games need to add them to library with Russian IP, playable Region Free.
all you have to do is add this extention to firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hola/
called Hola.
You log in to steam with your browser and put hola to appear in russia.
Then you can install game to library after that you play it region free normally.
